What is the Refunds/Return Policy ?
At About Camping we want to ensure all our customers are left satisfied with their purchasing experience, that’s why we have a guaranteed 30 day returns policy! To be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that your product meets the following criteria prior to being returned :
- The product is returned within the 30 Day period
- The product is returned in its original condition (as received) with all parts included
- The product is unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging
- A copy of the proof of purchase is provided
- You have notified staff that the product is being returned and the reasons for. A staff member must also approve of the return prior to it being sent.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aboutcamping.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Process of Returning an Item:
- Contact us via form provided, or send an email to info@aboutcamping.com.au
- Wait for an email either approving or rejecting your return request
- Once approved, package up your item, ensuring that it remains in its original condition
- Drop it off at your local post office
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you and proceed with the return or refund.

Refunds :
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that it was received and either approved or rejected for a refund.
Providing that your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
