What Payment Methods Are Available?
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) and debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savy, we offer ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay and ApplePay.Is There a Confirmation of Payment?
Most definitely - You'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your payment shortly after completing your purchase and successful. Please make sure to check junk/spam as it occasionally ends up there.Can I Cancel My Order After Payment?
These things happen! As long as we haven’t sent it yet, it’s easy enough for us to cancel it. But if it has already been sent out, you’re going to have to go through our returns process. We do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before we have a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.Can I Pay for Another Person and Send It as a Gift?
Absolutely! At AboutCamping we have the perfect gifts so if you do wanna send them to a loved one or a friend as a gift, just add their delivery details upon checking out and we can definitely send it through to them.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
We're usually up with the sun! ☀️ Place your order before 12pm, and we'll process it the same day.
Please double-check your address is correct before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with the subject 'URGENT' at info@aboutcamping.com.au.
Orders that have already been shipped will incur an extra shipping fee as we will need to recover the order and resend your order. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the shipping provider. If you click on the tracking number, it is linked to the shipping provider which will display the tracking status.
After completing your order, you can track where your order is at any time with the tracking number.
Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.
You can look at your orders tracking information with our track your order page.
It’ll be delivered to wherever you may be. We can help you change the shipping, provided your order has not been shipped. You could do that by sending us an email: info@aboutcamping.com.au. We'll do our best to assist you.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
How Are AboutCamping Products Packaged?
There’s nothing more exciting than opening your much-awaited parcels. Being environmentally-friendly, we try to reduce the amount of plastic used. All of us parcel bags are made of compostable packaging. We also do not send instructions or cards as we try to reduce the amount of waste we create. They are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
How Long Does Shipping Usually Take?
We know how much you want to use your AboutCamping gear so we get this out to you as soon as possible. Shipping usually takes around 8-15 Business days.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Shipping rates: $7.90 - $13.30

Are There Any Customs Fees?
All taxes are already included, so you don’t need to pay any customs fees.
How Can I Track My Order?
Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your delivery to the Shipping company we provide you with a shipping confirmation email. It will have a “Track Order” button. This will take you to the shipping website were you can follow the live tracking.
I Think My Order Is Lost/Hasn’t Been Delivered?
If you believe your order is lost or hasn't been delivered within the estimated time, please contact our customer support for assistance: info@aboutcamping.com.au we can create an investigation and look in to this further.

How Long Will My Return Be Processed?
It’ll only take us a few days to process your return. However, it can take a little bit longer for you to receive the entire payment for a refund as banks take a few days to process the return.
