How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

We really appreciate your support and patience and our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

We're usually up with the sun! ☀️ Place your order before 12pm, and we'll process it the same day.

Please double-check your address is correct before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with the subject 'URGENT' at info@aboutcamping.com.au.

Orders that have already been shipped will incur an extra shipping fee as we will need to recover the order and resend your order. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

Can I track my goods ?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the shipping provider.  If you click on the tracking number, it is linked to the shipping provider which will display the tracking status.

After completing your order, you can track where your order is at any time with the tracking number.

Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient. 

You can look at your orders tracking information with our track your order page. 

 

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.

 

Lost or stolen orders

AboutCamping accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
