  • Insulation: The Lanshan 1 does not have thermal insulation like a 4-season tent. This means it doesn't retain body heat as efficiently in very low temperatures.
  • Ventilation: The good ventilation, which is an advantage in mild climates to prevent condensation, can be a factor that contributes to heat loss in cold climates.
  • Wind and Snow Protection: The structure of the Lanshan 1, with its aerodynamic shape and good wind resistance, offers reasonable protection against cold winds. However, it's not designed to withstand heavy snow loads.
