How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
We really appreciate your support and patience and our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the day. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout and please let us know as soon as possible if there is a mistake info@aboutcamping.com.au.
Orders that have already been shipped will incur an extra shipping fee as we will need to recover the order and resend your order.
Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Can I track my goods ?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the shipping provider. If you click on the tracking number, it is linked to the shipping provider which will display the tracking status.
After completing your order, you can track where your order is at any time with the tracking number.
